Alpro wanted to create a feast for the senses at Isle of Wight Festival & The Big Feastival. McCann’s concept was to create the Alpro Planquet. An immersive brand experience where festival goers could sample plant-based goodness and explore the world of Alpro through recipes, vibrant visuals and a whole range of ingredients!
Inspired were given five weeks to take the project from ideation and basic scamps to full-blown experiential activation at the Isle of Wight festival. No small challenge!
With such a short turnaround time from project sign-off. Inspired team went into over-drive. McCann’s scamps were quickly developed into detailed designs for the production team to work from. Infrastructure, products, equipment were sourced, and ferries booked to the Isle of Wight. The show was about to get on the road.
An additional challenge set by the client was that the stand had edible plants, to celebrate the plant-based message, to created an experiential stand to delight and enthral festival goers.
Thanks to the Inspired team Alpro created a show-stopping festival experience. The campaign reached 147,000 people and saw Alpro sampled by tens of thousands of people. Of which 56% of people stated they would be more likely to buying Alpro. 89% of people stated they felt more positive about the brand and resulted in a delighted client.
